Elyza is a multi-tasking, multi-passionate mama who loves gathering people together more than anything else in the world. In recent years, she gave birth to The Harmony Mountain House, her sweet Sun Shayan, and pretty much an entirely new self... so to say that she is initiated into the Great Mystery School that is motherhood is pretty accurate. And thanks to this, she is always nurturing & loving on all who come here, reminding them of their magic, and cultivating transformative spaces for all those who are ready for their own healing journey. But don't get it twisted, she gets the cosmic joke of it all & always finds a way to bring fun to the spiritual path. On paper, she’s an 500ERYT yoga instructor with a focus on Yin, Kundalini, Meditation, Sound & pretty much all things “woo.” Her camp style is spontaneous dance parties, deep convos around the campfire, and skinny dipping in the moonlight... if that's your kind of thing, too!

Sarah is a dreamy pisces (sun) whose inner child is loves to come out & play. She is the ultimate manifestor behind The Harmony Mountain House, where she co-stewards this sacred piece of land alongside her platonic life partner, Elyza, and a little one, Shayan, who lovingly calls her TeeTee. When she’s not actively in auntie mode (& sometimes even when she is), one of Sarah’s favorite places to be is in the kitchen, preparing nourishing meals infused with love (aka works of art) for guests & friends. Tending to, learning about, and connecting with sacred land is a growing passion of hers, that she adores sharing with others. Sarah is RYT200 Bhakti Yoga certified and has taken multiple Ayurveda & Botanical Food Medicine trainings, all of which guide the way she lives her life & the offerings she shares with the world.

Propagate Studio

Sam is an “artrepreneur” located in Phillipsburg, NJ. She has traveled all over the world seeking beauty and it was overseas where she discovered her passion for developing creative outlets for others. This has taken shape in the form of her business That’s So Sam through which she uses her mobile art studio, the 1971 VW transporter “Frankie”. She has also opened a second business called Propagate Studio through which she hosts workshops, events, and an art supply thrift store in Stewartsville, NJ. She believes that the process of art making opens up doors that can truly change a person’s life, no matter their age or skill or ability.

Naturally Brilliant

Karen Auld is an environmentalist and mind-set coach for mission-driven entrepreneurs and activists. Karen brings pragmatic thinking to her self-help teaching and environmentalism keeping heavy topics light and digestible. This approach let’s her clients and students grow and evolve their way. She is the host of The Imperfect Advocate podcast and co-author of Color Love and Kindness: A Meditative Coloring Book. When she is not giving talks or coaching, you can find Karen enjoying nature with her husband or watching her favorite shows, RuPaul’s Drag Race and Stranger Things, with a cat on her lap.

Ang is a dance pollinator, sound healer and lover. She is the creator of AROSE BLOOMING, a heart centered business with a passion for raising the vibration on earth and creating the space for collective transformation through sound and dance medicine. I am here to share my movement and sound experience and interconnect the frequencies of nature and humanity, guiding us towards our truth, the ~remembering~ of what it means to be ALIVE.
