In the heart of winter, we embrace the quiet strength and stillness of the internal season.
Winter calls upon us to root down, nurture our inner realms, and create the sacred space needed for rest to occur.
Our first location is a boutique hotel on the quiet north peninsula in Las Galaras, where we will be tended to, supported, and held as we close out our inner winter, and prepare for the spring to arrive.
Though the thought of connecting to winter in such a tropical climate might feel challenging, we will harness our first location’s abundant environment to rest in their cozy rooms, rejuvenate in their gorgeous beach-front pool, and be nourished with their professional chef-created plant-based menu, as we prepare for the deeper work together, surrounded by white sand beaches instead of snow covered mountains.
-
We empower our roots to go deeper, connecting to Mother Earth and all of her gifts to help us return to our center.
Walking meditations on the beach at sunrise. Gentle yoga with sand supporting our surrender. Grounding rituals with our hands on the earth offering gratitude & thanks. Deep tissue massages to tend to our physical bodies.
-
Water reminds us that emotions & stuck energies need space to move freely. We thaw from our inner hibernation, and make the space for flow to return.
The sound of the waves washing over us in savasana. Releasing what no longer serves us to the water as it carries the winter within us out to sea. Herbal baths and teas to cleanse and enliven the physical body.
-
Fire’s warmth guides us through the process of transformation. We find gratitude for & gently release what no longer serves us, through intentional rituals, creating space for life to emerge in the spring.
Candlelight yin yoga practices to somatically release and let go. The warmth of the sun igniting our inner fire to spark again. A burn ceremony to close out our winter with powerful affirmation.
-
Air finds the balance between movement & stillness, from which clarity & inspiration emerge.
Breathing in fresh, salty air until our entire being reawakens. Contemplative practices where we get quiet enough to hear the wisdom that the wind has been whispering to us. Feeling free as the breeze whips against our skin on a sunset walk.
-
Ether is all around us, the space between what is & what is becoming. We open to the vastness of possibility, embracing our potential to bloom fully in the year ahead.
Divine guidance practices to connect you to the spirit realm. Rituals of interconnectedness to enhance the medicine available in this season. Centering prayer & magic in all we remember together.

S P R I N G
In the spring comes an awakening – a powerful transition as life begins to emerge from beneath the surface of the earth.
Spring calls us forth to awaken & rebirth through hope, patience & gentle nurturing.
On our final morning at the beach, we will wake — and awaken — to the aliveness that has been building together. Dropping into ceremony one final time, and then journeying through the Dominican Republic for a day of culture & adventure, until we reach our final location — a green, wild, vivacious farm near the capital, to put our hands in the dirt and plant seeds for this season of becoming.
This location regularly holds transformative gatherings, and we will utilize it’s rustic and authentic, dorm-style accommodations to enhance our closeness & simplify… so that we can focus on getting our hands dirty & bringing our inner wild women fully ALIVE, held by the fertile soil of this land.
-
We physically & spiritually sow the seeds of our personal & collective intentions.
Planting rituals and guidance to connect deeply with the land, and our humanity. Nourishment through the land’s abundance. Mud baths and earth offerings to get our hands dirty and our hearts aligned for what is to come.
-
With gratitude & ease, we cleanse ourselves of winter’s stagnancy as we nourish our roots for the emergence of new life.
Energetic yoga flows to improve circulation and pranic life force. Cool water cleansing after a day in the sunshine. Offering rituals for the water to enliven the soil around our seeds planted.
-
The fire & warmth of spring transmutes potential energy into realized growth. We honor this transformative force as we step into our power & offer our doubts, hopes & heart’s prayers to the fire around & within us.
Action-packed days of adventure and creation to spark our flames. Candlelit supper at a local spot with the buzz of conversation in the air. Sweat on our bodies as the sun lights our path.
-
The fresh spring breeze removes stagnation & welcomes in clarity.
Inspiration-fueled offerings of collaboration and connection. Transformational breathwork to shift our inner world into spring mode.
-
As we emerge into the journey of becoming, we embrace the fullness of our potential & celebrate our readiness to bloom.
Harness the limitless potential of the unknown, welcoming our next phase of life & growth with open hearts. Closing rituals that open us up to carrying these planted seeds with us… wherever we go next.
“And Love said, take a deep breath, human flower.
Now I am going to open you the rest of the way.”

ELYZA DOLBY
The Harmony Mountain House
www.theharmonymountainhouse.com/
Elyza is a multi-tasking, multi-passionate mama who loves gathering people together more than anything else in the world. In recent years, she gave birth to The Harmony Mountain House, her sweet Sun Shayan, and pretty much an entirely new self... so to say that she is initiated into the Great Mystery School that is motherhood is pretty accurate. And thanks to this, she is always nurturing & loving on all who come here, reminding them of their magic, and cultivating transformative spaces for all those who are ready for their own healing journey. But don't get it twisted, she gets the cosmic joke of it all & always finds a way to bring fun to the spiritual path. On paper, she’s an 500ERYT yoga instructor with a focus on Yin, Kundalini, Meditation, Sound & pretty much all things “woo.” Her style is spontaneous dance parties, deep convos around the campfire, and skinny dipping in the moonlight... if that's your kind of thing, too!

SARAH WIRTH
The Harmony Mountain House
www.theharmonymountainhouse.com/
Sarah is a dreamy pisces (sun) whose inner child is loves to come out & play. She is the ultimate manifestor behind The Harmony Mountain House, where she co-stewards this sacred piece of land alongside her platonic life partner, Elyza, and a little one, Shayan, who lovingly calls her TeeTee. When she’s not actively in auntie mode (& sometimes even when she is), one of Sarah’s favorite places to be is in the kitchen, preparing nourishing meals infused with love (aka works of art) for guests & friends. Tending to, learning about, and connecting with sacred land is a growing passion of hers, that she adores sharing with others. Sarah is RYT200 Bhakti Yoga certified and has taken multiple Ayurveda & Botanical Food Medicine trainings, all of which guide the way she lives her life & the offerings she shares with the world. She is currently studying & practicing Folk Herbalism through the School of the Sacred Wild.
Why the Dominican Republic?
Mairi’s Why:
Hosting my first international retreat in the Dominican Republic feels like a true homecoming. Growing up on the island until I was eight and returning every year—sometimes more than once—I’ve nurtured a profound connection to the feeling of "coming home."
This retreat is a deeply personal journey, woven together with collaborators who have been part of my path on the island, to create an experience that is as authentic as it is transformative. Collaborating with The Harmony Mountain House has been a beautiful addition to my journey. Through their trust and support, they helped bring my dream of leading retreats to life.
Since then, I’ve had the privilege of hosting Blooming Soul gatherings at their sanctuary and partnering with them on other ventures, so bringing Harmony to the island feels like the most natural, heartfelt next step.
Elyza & Sarah’s Why:
Our biggest why is Mairi — let us explain. When we first met her, she had BIG dreams to someday take a group to the Dominican Republic, a place that had been a crucial and rich part of her own becoming journey… and we could feel just how potent it would someday be. We did NOT know that we were also meant to be a part of bringing this dream to fruition, yet when she asked us to collaborate after her last Fall Equinox here, we were a resounding YES! When we realized that we had just about six months to plan the most expansive Spring Equinox retreat in the DR… we got to work, and the pieces fell into place. Supporting this medicine woman in the expansion of her gifts to the world with back end, logistic, and space holding support is a dream we’ve gotten to live a few times already, and we know that what we've created is going to be a transformative experience for all.
Also, the opportunity to bring the ”medicine of Harmony” to a new place & expand our own offerings for our community is the sweetest cherry on top, and a dream realized for us, as well.
Meet the Spaces
The locations for this international retreat were intentionally chosen after MANY hours getting curious, building relationships, dreaming, and asking for divine guidance.
Inevitably, we chose these two spots due to the “YES!” energy felt (that we trust you will feel if you’re meant to join us) and these aligned, shared values that guide us in all that we offer with The Harmony Mountain House and Blooming Soul Life —
-
Both of these locations give back in their own ways to the Dominican Republic, and felt strongly about our consideration of working with a space that is in active relationship with the people & land that it sits on. In this way, every dollar that we are investing in this experience is fueling the success of the land we will be learning from and exploring on — and this felt critical for us, which was a deal breaker for quite a few otherwise ideal spots.
-
The finca is owned by a dear friend of Mairi’s and she has visited it for her own healing experiences - in fact, her sister works there and will be a part of the magic we cultivate in the kitchen, working alongside Sarah to cultivate an authentic and nourishing plant-based menu. The boutique villa was instantly excited about our vision, and wanted to do whatever they could to support bringing us to the DR, hopping on many calls & answering endless questions — this feels like the start of something beautiful.
-
Though completely unique, both of these locations offer the opportunity to drop in and work directly with the land and the elements in ritual, reverence, and reciprocity — and both practice reverence with the land and her abundance regularly.
-
The history of powerful connection happening at both locations helped us to envision just what could be possible when we said “YES!” — each spot holds their own version of transformational gatherings.
We hope you get as excited as we do about the uniqueness of these gorgeous spaces that are perfect for the Spring Equinox intentions we’ve set, and the endless possibility they offer.
