Join us for a FREE Mommy and me music & movement journey to shake off the winter blues and blossom into spring.
Allow yourself to be guided in movement and breathe and have some fun with your little one moving with you and/or around you. Enjoy meeting other Moms and their little ones from infant through 4.
Feel free to bring your favorite instrument, though egg shakers and wrist bells will be on hand to shake and move with. If you can sway and/or shake, you can dance! No previous experience is necessary. Your little one can lay on faux fur mat, move throughout the space, play with others, shake an instrument, or dance with you.
