Loving The Light + The Dark: A Winter Solstice Mini Retreat
Honoring the Winter Solstice, also known as Yule, invites us to pause and receive the wisdom of the darkest day of the year, trusting the quiet promise of returning light. It is a time to reflect on the cycles of nature and within ourselves—embracing the beauty of both darkness and light as essential forces in our lives.
Saturday, December 21st | 1pm - 5:30pm
What you will receive:
✨ A warm, welcoming space to slow down and reconnect with yourself.
✨ Guided rituals to honor the light and the dark within and around us.
✨ Movement and embodiment practices to gently awaken your senses.
✨ The grounding nourishment of a sacred cacao circle, opening the heart.
✨ Community connection and an opportunity to align with the season’s energies.
✨ Herbal wisdom, and a tea to warm & enlighten you from the inside out.
For those who wish to stay, our seasonal three-course meal (curated with locally sourced ingredients) prepared with love by our in-house chef, Sarah Wirth, will offer a cozy extension of this gathering, inviting you to savor the spirit of the season.
